Others measure mentions. We make your domain the primary source for LLMs.

Phase A · One-time · binding cap

More and more often, the first contact with your company doesn’t start on your website, but in an AI answer: people ask, systems answer – visits happen later, if at all. However, these answers don’t come out of nowhere: the systems read sources, first and foremost your own website. It loses the first contact – and at the same time gains the more important role: it is now the source from which machines explain your company. A source that contradicts itself generates contradictory answers. Therefore, during onboarding, your website is first freed from contradictions, optionally relieved of ballast, and technically connected – nothing is enriched before the QA gate. The result is the first scenario, fully processed, with documented before/after comparison.

Old and duplicate pages burden the image that AI systems derive from your website: trade fair archives, pages maintained twice by two departments, orphaned action landing pages. We provide a removal list and redirect plan, your team or agency implements it, we approve. Conflict groups that disappear with the pages are credited after recounting – this step often lowers the level of the next.

A dashboard can display the contradiction. It cannot decide which version applies. Therefore, each conflict group – a fact in multiple versions – receives exactly one decision and is then closed. Your team implements, we direct: precise specifications, weekly consultation hours, re-verification of each group. If we handle the text changes ourselves – everything from a single source – the price is 1.5 times. Building new pages or renewing technology is a separate project, typically for your agency.

QA Gate. All conflict groups identified within the audited scope are closed – only then is content built for machines. Never before.

Our software reads the entire website; the WordPress plugin (free) or your CDN (technology free, setup/operation see additional services) is configured. Then the final scenario “Who is this company?” goes through the complete monthly cycle – the first completed scenario of your build-up plan: determine core entities, agree on a build-up plan, define organizational facts as the binding version, complete, link, externally confirm; the datasets of the organizational entities go live after verification (included in the package) – and Attestation #1 measures what has changed across 9 AI systems. You leave onboarding with a documented before/after comparison, not a promise.

All other core entities also receive their verified, machine-readable dataset at the level of “contradiction-free within the audited scope” (technical format: JSON-LD) – one truth, identical everywhere, delivered on every page that mentions it. Deliberately without enrichment yet: the framework becomes valuable scenario by scenario in governance. No dataset is released without human review.

Your offer is a binding cap

The price is set before you sign – and it can still decrease. The level comes from the compact audit count; core entities are initially estimated. Both are refined during the project – and only in your favor: If the ballast step removes conflict groups, we recount and credit a lower level. The basic framework package becomes final during core entity determination – if fewer are needed, the price decreases; more only with your consent.

So your total can decrease – it can only increase with your new signature. And where something cannot yet be quantified, we say so: items with open scope – such as QA gate approval before reviewing the current status, CDN implementation before the technical preliminary discussion, or the corporate class over 150 groups – are marked as provisional in the offer; the cap applies once all items are quantified and confirmed. Governance “Program” (over 50 core entities) is always agreed upon separately. No invisible items. No silent surcharges.

Why fixed prices by levels? Because the number of your conflict groups is counted and documented before you sign. You are not buying open effort by time or a score. You are buying a verified state: Each group is only considered delivered when it has been decided and verified as closed – contradiction-free within the audited scope.

Phase B · The work unit of Governance

A scenario is a specific customer question to your company – “What services do you offer?”, “How does your service work?”, “What do applicants find?”. Each month, one of these is fully processed:

What do the 9 AI systems answer today for this scenario?

What is missing, what is unlinked, what is unconfirmed – per involved entity.

Decision templates and editorial recommendations – your team implements, we direct.

External anchors verified and linked – your facts become verifiable.

The enriched datasets – manually checked, then live.

After implementation – and again in the next attestation.

What a scenario includes: up to ten involved entities and up to ten verification questions – larger topics are structured by the build-up plan into clearly named sub-scenarios. Honesty about impact: Search-supported AI answers react in weeks, the basic knowledge of models in months. Therefore, we measure in series – before the work, after implementation, again in the following attestation – and document both.

Your rhythm is yours: A scenario month doesn’t necessarily have 30 days – it’s a rhythm that adapts to your team’s pace; if we achieve a true 30 days together, all the better. Our monthly service (findings, templates, recommendations) is always delivered; if your team implements later, measurement happens later. A maximum of two scenarios are open simultaneously; if both are not yet implemented, no third one starts – your contract automatically switches to your capacity-appropriate maintenance plan (“Maintain” €800 or “Maintain Plus” €1,200) until a scenario is implemented, then the build-up continues. Nothing expires, and you never pay a build-up price for waiting.

Phase B · Monthly · Optional · Cancellable quarterly

Three plans, three roles: Build-up processes your agreed build-up plan – and ends as planned. Maintain then guards the state. Program is the corporate mode with parallel scenarios.

Three instruments, clearly separated: The Conflict Watch checks your website daily and reports new contradictions early – so you can correct them before AI systems adopt the wrong version. The Attestation queries AI systems and checks their answers against your approved facts – correct, missing, wrong, or outdated. The Measurement Series documents the impact of each scenario: before, after implementation, again in the next attestation. – The build-up ends as planned: Once your build-up plan is completed, you switch to “Maintain” (up to 20 core entities €800, up to 50 as “Maintain Plus” €1,200); new scenarios arise from your business (new product, new language, relaunch) and reactivate “Build-up” – agreed, not endless.

External citation surfaces come and go. Your domain remains – that’s precisely what maintenance is for. – The contractual: Governance is not mandatory; it begins after onboarding, costs a monthly price, is cancellable at the end of the quarter, and has no minimum term beyond that; annual prepayment optional. Before any deployment to a new page, the conflict watch checks the page itself – a correct dataset is never played alongside a contradictory statement.
