Aivis-OS · The Principle

We finish.

The uncomfortable question

Aivis-OS develops finished states. The proposal states not only how long we work, but which state must be reached afterwards. Once this state is reached, the setup ends—and with it the setup price.

We finish. The difference, however, lies not in diligence, but in the subject matter. Those who optimize answers work on the output of the machines. However, this remains fluid: models change, questions change, and weightings shift. Such a subject can be observed and influenced. However, it cannot be finished.

This subject can be bounded. A founding year in three versions is a decision and a dozen corrections—not a life’s work. For an agreed scope and a named point in time, the relevant URLs, entities, statements, relationships, conflicts, and scenarios can be fully captured.

Companies change. Products are added, key figures are updated, companies are acquired, languages are added. However, this does not make the known state indeterminate. It only means that a new state can arise at a later point in time.

Finished is an absolute statement about a fixed subject—not a claim that the future will never change again.

Your House

First, the corpus of your domain is the focus.

Every identified conflict group is decided. False statements are corrected. Legitimate variants are marked so that their temporal, regional, or technical context remains clear. An old value does not represent a contradiction, provided it is clearly recognizable as a historical value.

Subsequently, it is checked whether all decisions have been implemented. Only when this state has passed the QA gate does the domain receive its first structured delivery.

At this point, not every field behind every entity needs to be filled in yet. But every entity is unique. Its name, its identity, and its relationships can no longer be confused with contradictory versions.

The house is standing. It is not yet fully furnished, but its foundation is clarified. Important: Before this point, structured data would reinforce existing contradictions and establish them in a machine-readable way. From this point on, they begin to be useful.

The Furniture

Now governance begins: scenario by scenario.

Each scenario represents a relevant customer, business, risk, or reputation question. It determines which entities, facts, and relationships are required so that humans and machines can answer this question correctly.

Now the fields that are still open are specifically completed. Not all entities are enriched to the last detail as a precaution. What is actually required for the agreed use case is completed.

Each completed scenario is a piece of furniture.

With every new piece of furniture, not just a single page is supplemented. The structured delivery of the entire domain is updated so that new and changed relationships between all affected entities are also taken into account.

Once the agreed scenario plan has been processed, the house is furnished. The family can move in.

The Garden

Only now are the approved facts fully known to the agreed extent. This creates a resilient reference for the outward view.

Now the relevant external entries are captured. These include registers, profiles, directories, platforms, media pages, mentions, and other citation surfaces where third parties describe the company.

Every external entry is compared with the approved facts. Deviations are corrected as far as this can be influenced. Where direct correction is not possible, the deviations are documented and monitored.

This ensures that search systems and AI models no longer lead to competing versions of the corporate reality. They lead to the primary source. Your domain.

Anyone who reverses this sequence—i.e., enriches structurally or distributes externally before internal decisions have been made—does not make errors more visible, but more durable.

And what if the company changes?

Then an extension is built. A new product, an additional language, an acquisition, or a changed organizational structure creates a new, countable scope. This, in turn, is decided, supplemented, verified, and completed.

However, change does not retroactively make the finished state unfinished. It defines a new state, which in turn can be completed.

Our Promise

when all conflict groups identified in the verified scope are decided, implemented, and closed after verification.

At this point, the corpus is contradiction-free, every entity is unique, and every URL of the agreed corpus is delivered in a structured way.

Onboarding has a fixed price and a binding price cap.

when the agreed scenario plan has been processed, the content and entities required for it are complete, the structured delivery has been updated domain-wide and—if agreed—the comparison of external citation surfaces has taken place.

Then the setup price also ends.

We measure a lot.

But measuring is not the product at Aivis-OS. It is the proof.

A rising visibility curve can have many causes: a changed prompt mix, a platform update, a favorable time window, or a current event. Visibility can increase even if the statements about a company are false, incomplete, or outdated.

A verified state, by contrast, has a scope, a date, and approved facts. That is why we do not count how often your company appears. We verify whether what is said about your company is correct, complete, accurate, or up to date.

The measurement proves whether the agreed state has been reached.

Onboarding ends with the closed QA gate and the first structured delivery. Setup is completed when the scenario plan has been fully processed and—if agreed—a comparison of external citation surfaces has taken place.

All conflicts have been decided and eliminated, all legitimate variants clearly classified, and all relevant entities identifiable. The facts and relationships required for the agreed scenarios are fully present. The domain was delivered in a machine-readable format and the external entries were compared.

The Conflict Watch and the Attestation check whether the state achieved remains. Only an actual change triggers a new, limited setup. Ongoing maintenance starts at 800 euros per month. The currently valid price is public, like all our prices.

We use the term in its simple meaning: for a state that remains after production is completed.
