Aivis-OS is not a monolithic software product or a traditional agency model. Aivis-OS stands for Domain-based AI Source Integrity and is delivered as a Managed Architectural Service through a division-of-labor architecture. This architecture responds to a fundamental paradigm shift: the transition from Search (Information Retrieval) to Synthesis (Knowledge Retrieval & Generation).

In this context, classic communication or marketing structures are no longer sufficient.

Architectural decisions are not delegated, as they must remain consistent, verifiable, and stable over the long term—especially in complex or regulated organizations.

Tasks:

  • Definition and evolution of the Aivis-OS methodology
  • Governance of the 4C maturity model (Clear, Complete, Connected, Confirmed) — developed jointly with the Development & Technology Partner
  • Governance of architectural components: Entity Inventory, Semantic Graph, and Machine Interface
  • Ensuring content parity, retrieval resilience, and evidence logic
  • Methodological evaluation of requirements in regulated industries (Finance, Health, Public)

The implementation of Aivis-OS is not a plugin rollout, but the technical realization of a previously clarified knowledge architecture.

Development & Technology Partners are responsible for the proprietary software pipeline, technical integration, and machine-readable exposition. This includes extraction, normalization, domain-specific entity and relation modeling, JSON-LD projection, data parity, and technical consistency along the core pipeline.

Tasks:

  • Integration into complex system landscapes (MACH-Stack)
  • Development and operation of the proprietary Aivis-OS software pipeline
  • Implementation of machine interface logic via JSON-LD / Schema.org
  • Ensuring content parity and data parity (no cloaking)
